
Resident Permit Parking Registration Request Form
Please complete the form accurately and ensure all information is correct. Once the form is complete, you should expect your resident parking permit within five to ten business days. Please note that you can no longer use your 2021 Parking Permit.
Please note the following:
- The first and last names on the request form must match municipal records.
- The two resident parking permits will be mailed to the address the Township has on file (same as the address tax bills are sent to).
- If you are applying for Parking Pass to be used in a parking lot where you have deeded access, please ensure you have a legal document or deed showing your access rights. There will be a question that will request you to upload that document.
