FOI Request Application Form

If the records you are interested in are not subject to routine disclosure, you will need to make a formal request in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The municipality has 30 days in which to respond to a request.

Please be advised that there is a non-refundable $5.00 application fee request up on submission of each Freedom of Information Request. 

PLEASE NOTE that a convenience fee of 4.5% will apply to the credit card (Visa or Mastercard) payment. 

Additional fees may be charged under section 45 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA):

• Search Time $7.50 - per ¼ hour
• Preparation Time $7.50 - per ¼ hour
• Computer programming $15.00 - per ¼ hour
• Photocopying  and Computer Print-outs $0.20 - per page
• CD -  $10.00 per Disk
• Reproduction of Large Drawings - $20.00 per sheet
• Any shipping costs
• Any additional fees incurred in responding to a request
