Volunteer Firefighter Application Form

 Please complete the Volunteer Firefighter application below. Please ensure all information is accurate. 

Potential members will be interviewed by the Fire Chief and/or Deputy Fire Chief of Ramara Township Fire and Rescue Services.

Applicants shall be subject to a physical examination by a physician licensed in the Province of Ontario and provide a doctor's note stating that they are capable of fulfilling all duties. This examination and note will be at applicant's expense. 

Applicants are also required to provide a criminal background check and provide a copy to the Fire Chief or Deputy Fire Chief at their own expense.
